Intro
Have you ever been told, you just need to forgive; if you’re still struggling, maybe you haven’t let it go. But deep down something didn’t sit right? This short, self-paced study invites you to explore Scripture for yourself and discover something often overlooked: Forgiveness, trust, and relationship are not the same thing. When these are blurred, it can lead to: - unnecessary pressure - confusion about what spiritual health really looks like - and difficulty navigating real-life relationships with clarity In this study, you’ll explore: - What forgiveness actually is (and what it isn’t) - Whether forgiveness always leads to restored relationship - How Jesus and Paul handled trust, truth, and people - The role of wisdom, boundaries, and discernment - Why some teachings can feel incomplete—and how to recognise it You’ll begin to see: - You can forgive without ignoring what is real - Trust is built on truth, not assumed through obligation - Walking in love includes both grace and wisdom A guiding Scripture - Jesus said: “Be wise as serpents and gentle as doves.” — Matthew 10:16 This study holds both together: - Gentleness — a heart free from vengeance - Wisdom — the ability to see clearly and walk carefully This course is for you if: - You’ve felt pressure to “just forgive and move on” - You sense there is more to the story than you’ve been told - You want to understand Scripture clearly—not just accept simplified teaching - You’re learning to walk in both truth and love The invitation This isn’t about withholding forgiveness. It’s about restoring clarity so you can walk in life—free from confusion, pressure, and misinterpretation.
