Paul speaks of a “law” at work within us.

Not a rule. 
Not a command.

A principle.

Like gravity, it operates automatically unless something stronger intervenes.

This law is life lived from the self — self‑sourcing, self‑protecting, self‑managing.

Over time, it collapses inward. 
It produces exhaustion rather than rest.

You may notice it most when pressure comes. 
Not because you lack faith, but because the body remembers old ways.

Noticing this law is not failure. 
It is awareness.

And awareness is the beginning of freedom.
